Serving Suggestions:
To make simple gluten-free thin wraps, whisk together equal parts Organic Road Besan Flour and water with a pinch of salt until mixture is the consistency of a thin pancake batter. Add more water if needed. Then just cook as you would a crepe - finish with some avocado, tomatoes and sauted greens for a delicious snack!
