Shipping Policy

We pride ourselves on shipping your orders within 24 hours. We ship on the day you order up until 2pm, Monday to Friday. 

We offer a wide range of shipping options for your ease and convenience. We generally use Australia Post but also have affiliations with other couriers when applicable.  

All orders over $120 and under 5kg automatically qualify for free standard shipping at checkout.

Standard Delivery: You will find the best delivery option for your order at checkout with our shipping calculator. Rates for standard delivery will change with each specific order and delivery location.

Express Postage: Available on most orders, however, will come at an increased cost. When express postage is selected, orders will not be eligible for our free standard shipping offer on all orders over $120 and under 5kg.

Local Click & Collect: Orders can be collected in-store at our 4350 location free of charge.

Local Delivery: Standard delivery within the 4350 postcode is offered at a flat rate of $8 or free for purchases over $120 and under 10kg.
