USAGE

Consume 15ml straight OR mix 15ml with up to 150ml chilled sparkling soda water or iced water for a refreshing probiotic boost. Can be consumed up to three times daily.

Note: a jelly substance or sediment from the probiotic may appear. This is normal and can be consumed.
