DIRECTIONS

Adults take one capsule a day or as directed.

Note: Only take this supplement with warfarin / blood thinners under the supervision of a healthcare professional (to monitor INR levels) at dosages not exceeding 1000 IU per day. People with impaired coagulation, inherited bleeding disorders, vitamin K deficiency or risk of pulmonary embolism should only take vitamin E at high doses (>1200 IU per day) under the supervision of a healthcare professional. Do not take in conjunction with statin medications unless under the supervision of a healthcare professional. As vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin, any medication that reduces the absorption of fats in the diet will also reduce the absorption of vitamin E. These include: Cholestyramine, Colestipol, Isoniazid, Mineral Oil, Orlistat (Xenical) and Sucralfate. Consult your healthcare professional if you take these medications.
