USAGE

Mix 15ml in water or juice. Always take before meals - before breakfast is recommended. Can be consumed up to three times daily.

Note: a jelly substance or sediment from the probiotic may appear at the bottom of the bottle. This is normal and can be consumed.

Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
