The broth is then strained for impurities and the fat skimmed off the top. Finally, it's gently refractance dried into a powder, taking care to preserve the nutritional profile. All that's left for you to do is open the packet!

USAGE
Simply add 1 small tablespoon (8 g) to 200mLof boiling water for a hearty cup of goodness. Use as a base for soups, stews, sauces, and gravies for nutrition and taste. Make a broth bowl by adding 1 serve of bone broth to 200mLwater per person. Bring to the boil and add a selection of veggies, protein, and noodles. Serve hot.
