They've done the hard work for you - beef bones are added to filtered water and apple cider vinegar (to maximise nutrient extraction) then slow cooked for 48 hours. The broth is then strained for impurities and the fat skimmed off the top. Finally, it's gently refractance dried into a powder, with care taken to preserve the nutritional profile. All that's left for you to do is open the packet!

USAGE
Simply add 1 small tablespoon (8 g) to 200mLof boiling water for a hearty cup of goodness. Use as a base for soups, stews, sauces, and gravies for nutrition and taste. Make a broth bowl by adding 1 serve of bone broth to 200mLwater per person. Bring to the boil and add a selection of veggies, protein, and noodles. Serve hot.
