This artisanal sauce is handmade from small batches of freshly harvested coconut blossom nectar and selected Bird's Eye Chillis. It's a dark (and somewhat mysterious) chilli kick. The perfect Paleo partner for dips, marinades and glazes. Try it as a healthier ingredient in Thai rice paper rolls or zingify your gourmet burgers.
