DOSAGE

Adults: Take two to three capsules twice daily with a large glass of water (250mL), or as professionally prescribed.

CAUTIONS

Not recommended during pregnancy due to potential emmenagogue properties of Blessed thistle.
Odour of Fenugreek may be detected in the taste of breast milk but only if you exceed the recommended dosage.
Monitor blood sugar levels with those patients taking other hypoglycaemic agents.
Take two hours away from all prescription medications.
