Ceramides are an amazing ingredient and a key component of the skin that Eczema or Dermatitis sufferers lack, resuluting in a compromised barrier. Flare-ups can often occur in the skin from a compromisd barrier and a lack of hydration, so MooGoo's Ultra Gentle Cleanser with Ceramides cleanses the skin thoroughly and gentle, while helping to restore Ceramides into the skin.
