Lotus Pantry Brewer's Yeast is inactivated cells of brewer's yeast obtained by the spray-drying of inactivated cells of Saccharomyces cerevisiae used in the brewing industry. It's a rich source of chromium, which may support the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels, as well as B vitamins, selenium and potassium amongst many other essential vitamins and minerals. It's also a good source of protein and fibre and has probiotic properties, making it a great way to support the digestive system.
Lotus Pantry Brewer's Yeast is vegan and non-GMO.
USAGE
Use as a flavour enhancer in baking, juices, soups and salads. Can also be used in lactation recipes, like cookies.
