INGREDIENTS

Active ingredient: Valeriana officinalisextract dry concentrate 300 mg from dry root & rhizome 1.5 g.

Standardised to valerenic acids (sum of valerenic acid, hydroxyvalerenic acid and acetoxyvalerenic acid) 2.4 mg per capsule.

DOSAGE

Adults: As a calmative, take two to four capsules daily. For relief of sleeplessness, take one capsule in the afternoon and one capsule before bedtime. There are no restrictions on duration of use.
